How To 8: Removing Glitched Product Photos

Instructions for going to File Management in the top-left of the Settings menu, navigate to the “xyshj” folder, select the image subfolder, and then deleting the glitched product images.

How To 9: Removing Support Bar

Instructions for unscrewing the retaining screws beneath the product tray to remove the product support bars (which are only necessary for smaller canned drinks).

How To 10: Replacing a Spring Motor

Instructions for replacing the faulty spring motor, locate the hidden ribbon cable on the right side of the tray, disconnect the corresponding motor, pull out the tray to remove the spring, then push out the retaining clip from the bottom to unscrew the motor and fully detach its cable.

How To 11: Replacing the Touch Screen

Instructions for replacing the touchscreen, disconnect the ribbon cable from the back of the screen, then unscrew the black system control box and the six mounting screws (three at the top and three at the bottom) to remove and replace the entire touchscreen module.

How To 12: Enabling Shopping Cart

Instructions for enabling the shopping cart, in the settings menu, scroll down the left sidebar to App Settings, then tap the shopping cart icon at the top six times to bring up a pop-up window, where you can select “Apply shopping cart” and save the settings to enable the cart function.

How To 13: Changing the Cooling Temperature

Instructions for changing the cooling temperature, in the Settings menu, locate the Cooling and Heating module on the left sidebar, select Controlling Temperature on the right, and tap the blank space to enter a numerical value; if the current ambient temperature is 20°C, the cooling unit (fan) will only activate if the set temperature is lower than 20°C, such as 15°C.

How To 14: Install/Remove CC6100 Coin Acceptor

Instructions for the CC6100 coin acceptor can be installed or removed via the three corresponding clips located on its back.

How To 15: Install/Remove NV9 Bill Acceptor

Instructions for tightening the four corner screws to secure the square mounting bracket above the coin acceptor, then fix the bill validator into the frame and connect its ribbon cable to the lower section.

Instructions for being to install or remove the product delivery springs (Spirals) from the tray, simply rotate them by hand to screw or unscrew them from the motor mount.

Instructions for using the Mode button on the left side of the industrial PC (the black box behind the display) to toggle the visibility of the Android navigation bar.

How To 20: Configure Price Decimal Format

Instructions for configuring the decimal format. In the Settings menu, tap Decimals to toggle the product price format between one decimal position or two decimal positions.

How To 21: Testing a Cargo Lane

Instructions for testing a specific lane(Cargo Lane), go to Settings > Selection Management, select Single Selection Test, enter the lane number in the field below, and click Test to trigger the “spring” rotation.

How To 22: Hide Cash Payment Method

Instructions for hiding the cash payment method. In the Settings menu, tap the “Machine Number” at the top several times to bring up the “Please enter setting name” prompt; then, select “Payment Setting System”, check “Payment Method” and click Yes. Finally, return to Payment Management to toggle the “Cash Payment” option on or off to show or hide it.

Instructions for checking the machine’s internet connection by verifying the Wi-Fi icon, ensuring antennas are properly installed or repositioned for better signal, navigating to Android Settings to confirm Wi-Fi is enabled and connected, and testing connectivity by playing an online video to confirm stable network performance and backend synchronization.

Instructions for resolving a “sold out” error by accessing the Settings menu, navigating to Inventory Settings to update the product quantity from zero to an available stock level, saving and restarting the system, and ensuring inventory counts are correctly reset whenever the machine is restocked so products can be purchased normally.

How To 25: Display Not Turning On

Instructions for troubleshooting a non-working display by checking that all display cables are securely connected to both the control box and the screen, verifying that the main power switch is turned on and indicator lights are active, and ensuring the display power is enabled so the screen can boot up properly.

Instructions for remotely deploy ads. First ensure the machine is online, wait for the ad status to change from “not downloaded” to “downloaded” within several minutes, then confirm the banner ad appears automatically on the screen, and observing the system transition to full-screen advertisements after a period of inactivity.

How To 32: Fix Product Drop Issue (Add ¼ Turn to Coil)

Instructions for fixing a product jam caused by insufficient coil rotation by accessing the Settings menu, navigating to Selection Management > Extra Quarter Turn Setting, selecting the affected slot, saving the adjustment, confirming the setup, restarting the machine, and ensuring the coil rotates an additional quarter turn to properly release the product.

How To 33: Removing Machine Doors

Instructions for removing the machine doors by unscrewing the top and side bolts, carefully unplugging all power and connection wires (documenting their placement for reassembly), and lifting the door off the metal guide with at least two people due to its weight, repeating the process on both sides to safely detach the full door assemblies.

How To 34: Product Not Showing After Download

Instructions for when identical products aren’t appearing on the machine’s screen, it is likely due to duplicate product numbers, as each lane requires a unique product number; to fix this, you must log in to the PC dashboard, create a new entry with the same name and image but a distinct product number and code, then reload product info in the machine’s Settings menu to sync the data and display the items correctly.

How To 35: Copy Logs for Review

Instructions for being to enable our engineers to diagnose software issues, please use a FAT32-formatted USB drive (under 16GB) to copy the system logs by pressing the red button to enter the Settings menu, navigating to File Management > xyshj, long-pressing the log folder to select Copy, and then accessing the USB directory via the bottom shortcut keys to Paste the files; once complete, share the data via Google Drive or email for our technical support.

How To 36: Use USB to Setup Photos

Instructions for a work around to upload product images, insert a USB drive, press the red button on the back panel to enter the Settings menu, and navigate to File Management > XYSHJ > image; by ensuring the new image files on the USB share the same names as the old ones, you can simply copy and paste them into the folder to overwrite and replace the existing photos.

Instructions for identifying the three different types of antennas, the two longest ones are Wi-Fi antennas (including one backup), while the shorter one is for 4G mobile networks, and the final one is the Nayax payment receiver antenna—all of which feature magnetic bases for easy attachment to the machine walls

How To 38: Machine Suspended (After being offline for a long time)

Instructions for restoring a machine that does not appear in your account by checking the Machine Status, locating it under the “Outage” or “Stop Sell” section, selecting the machine number, changing its status to “Operating,” saving the revision, and understanding that machines may be automatically suspended if offline for an extended period.

How To 39: Copy Product Setting to Another Machine

Instructions for copying the setup from one machine to another by accessing Selection Management > Machine Cargo Lane Management, using Machine Synchronization to select the source machine, confirming the import, and automatically transferring all product information and settings to the target machine for identical configurations.

How To 40: Stop a Product Sale Remotely (Requires Machine to be Online)

Instructions for stopping the sale of a product using the online dashboard by selecting the machine, navigating to Product Setting, enabling the “Lock Cargo Lane” option for the desired product, clicking Keep to save, and noting that if the machine is offline, the change may need to be applied directly on the machine or will update remotely once it reconnects to the internet.

How To 41: Inventory Management

Instructions for checking and managing inventory by accessing Stock Management > Inventory of Buying Commodities to view out-of-stock products across all machines, filtering by a specific machine if needed, exporting the list to Excel for reference, and ensuring that inventory numbers are reset at the machine each time it is restocked so backend data accurately reflects current stock levels.

How To 42: Update Product Information

Instructions for updating a product on the vending machine by adding the new product in the dashboard with its name, price, and image, assigning it to the correct tray, ensuring the machine is online, using the product shortcut key to download updated product information, and downloading the corresponding images from the dashboard to the machine.

How To 43: Clear Gearbox Error

Instructions for clearing a gearbox or motor fault by checking the Alert Function to identify the affected machine and slot, going to the machine, accessing the Settings menu via the red button, navigating to Fault Diagnosis to clear motor errors or jams, restarting the machine, and testing the mechanism to ensure proper operation.

How To 44: Diagnose Internet Connection Issues

Instructions for troubleshooting an “Internet Cut” error by first checking that all Wi-Fi and SIM card antennas are properly installed, confirming Wi-Fi is turned on (noting that the machine only supports Wi-Fi 5), inserting a full-size SIM card into the tray with proper support (paper and tape) to ensure contact, toggling the SIM card connection if necessary, setting the correct APN for the cellular provider, restarting the machine, and verifying the connection via the 4G or Wi-Fi symbol, with further support recommended if the machine remains offline on the dashboard.
