Understanding Order Statuses
Below is an explanation of each order status you may see in the dashboard and what action, if any, is required.
To Be Confirm
The customer authorized payment, opened the door, and removed products, but the AI was unable to confidently identify what was taken.
You must review the transaction video and manually select the correct products to complete the order. Please do this as soon as possible, as pending confirmations expire after 24 hours. Once expired, the transaction can no longer be edited, and the customer will not be charged for the products they removed.
Action Required: Review and confirm the order within 24 hours.
Order Operating
This status indicates that an error occurred while processing the order. In most cases, this happens because the internet connection was too slow to upload the transaction video to the server. As a result, you likely will not see a video for this order in the dashboard.
If this happens frequently, we recommend using a Wi-Fi connection instead of a SIM card, installing an additional antenna, or relocating the antennas to the top of the machine to improve signal strength.
Action Required: Monitor your internet connection if this status occurs regularly.
Wait For Pay Notify / Delivery Success
The customer authorized payment, opened the door, and removed products. The AI correctly identified the products; however, the final payment settlement was unsuccessful. This is most commonly caused by insufficient funds or a payment issue with the customer’s card.
Action Required: If this occurs regularly, let us know and also contact Nayax to check if there is an issue with the credit card terminal.
Pay Success / Delivery Success
This is the status you want to see. It means the transaction was completed successfully, the customer received their products, and payment was processed correctly.
Action Required: None.
Pay Success / No Purchase
The customer successfully authorized payment and opened the machine door but did not remove any products. Since no items were taken, no purchase was completed and no charge was made.
Action Required: None.
